Whats The Problem.... Fuel Pump.

We have a '94 Dondge, And we have replaced the fuel pump but we cant get gas to the motor... but were geting power to it. And the fuse is good.
Gonna have to clarify that a lot. Are you getting fuel pressure? When is the pump running? Have you checked for spark? Will the engine run on starting fluid?
